Larry Cline has ministered here at the Holly Hill church since July of 1994. After growing up outside of Montgomery in Hope Hull, Alabama he attended the University of Florida where he played football for the Florida Gators and earned a Bachelor's degree. He began working in ministry in June of 1976 when he was hired by the University Avenue Church of Christ to work as youth minister and develop a campus ministry. He earned a Master's Degree in ministry from Southern Christian University and has done work on a Master's of Divinity degree from the same institution.
Larry has been married to his wife Linda since June 10, 1977, they have five children, two wonderful daughters-in-law and the cutest grandson on the planet, all of which bring them great joy.
Larry loves and ministers to people of all ages on a regular basis. He has done single's retreats, "Kindergarten-Fifth Grade" Camp at Central Florida Bible Camp (CFBC), he is the Director of "Teen Week" at CFBC each summer and helps plan and put together "SonQuest" and the Teen side of the Spiritual Growth Workshop. Larry also serves as the Assistant Director for both the Blue Ridge Encampment held each summer in Black Mountain, North Carolina and the Spiritual Growth Workshop held every other year in Orlando, Florida. He is a frequent speaker at camps, youth events, lectureships, revivals and retreats.
